ESH Training and Development Services is a close corporation, established in August 2009.
In September 2016 the company expanded to include another four managing members – Mr H.E.S Moorcroft (Occupational Hygiene Environmental & Safety Specialist), H L Moorcroft (Safety & Systems Specialist), S van Rensburg (Training and Education Specialist) and S C Bosman (Legal). In December 2016 ESH Training and Development Services obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification through DQS.
S Van Rensburg left as a member in August 2022 but is an independent contractor for the company.

We strive to become the most sought-after service provider in Occupational Health and Safety / Mine Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering Training and Adult Education and Training at the most affordable prices and to ensure an excellent relationship with our customers/clients
MISSION
ESH Training and Development Services will in so far as it is reasonably practical, endeavour to:
- Train and develop students according to training programs, skills programs and educational programmes using the best training and assessment methodologies available.
- Assess learners with fairness and to ensure competence to the best of their abilities.
- ESH will ensure that all legal and customer/clients’ requirement are met or exceeded.
- We will assist, advice and assess any person who applies to be assessed on prior learning to obtain a recognized qualification to further their careers and improve their quality of life.
- Co-operate with students and clients to comply with all the health, safety and quality measures.
- We will strive to incorporate the latest technology available in order to continuously improve our service.
